Do I have to pay duty or custom fees?

No, all our prices include duty and custom fees. Our customers will not have to pay any extra duty, taxes or handling fees on their purchases.

What are your shipping rates?

EU Free Standard (on orders over €40): 3-10 business days depending on delivery country
EU Standard €3,95: 3-10 business days depending on delivery country

EU Express €8,95 DHL or UPS: 2-4 business days for most EU countries as advised by carrier

All products will be sent from either Spain or the United Kingdom and can only be shipped within the EU (For international shipping please visit In some occasions orders will be split in two parts. If EU Express shipping is chosen for split orders, the shipping cost will be doubled.

Our customers will not have to pay any duty, taxes or handling fees.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. This will be emailed to you.

All orders are packaged with the upmost care and attention but if you do find anything missing, please contact us immediately at

I received the wrong items

If you have received wrong items, contact our customer services team at specifying which incorrect items you have received and which items are missing. You can return the incorrect items free of charge via our courier. We will email you instructions for collecting the parcel from you. We will send you the correct items without any further postage costs to you.

I have received a faulty item

Fable England prides itself in quality. Despite a stringent quality assurance process and best effort, most of our pieces are handmade and we rely on third party couriers for transportation; sadly no operation is perfect.

Just email us: eu@fableengland.comto briefly explain any issue, attaching photos. We will simply send you a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases we might ask you to send the products back at our cost, so that we could look into the matter for quality improvement purposes.

In any case, we would not let you incur any loss - a Fable promise.

How do I return an item?

We will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply follow the instructions below. (Please note that earrings and face masks are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reasons)

Please note it is your responsibility for the return to be received by us, and we strongly suggest you use a recognised courier and choose tracked shipping.

How often do you re-stock sold out items?

If an item sells out, we are often able to re-stock it within a few weeks.

You will be able to input your email address on our product page, and be added to a waiting list to be given priority notification when the item is back in stock.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We start working on your order as soon as it has been placed, so there is very little time frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact our Customer Services Team at as soon as possible after placing your order.

What payment methods can you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How do I use a voucher code?

If you’ve received a voucher code or gift voucher code for the online shop, you can input this on the checkout page in the order process. Simply write the code (case sensitive) in the field at checkout, and the total amount of your order will be recalculated.

I did not receive an email confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered. If you don’t receive this, double check your spam folder and add to your contact book for future purchases.


How do I care for my jewellery?

To ensure your jewellery is looking its best, we advise to keep your newly found treasure away from soap and water.

What materials are used in our jewellery?

The materials used in our jewellery are zinc, brass and epoxy. The plating is either gold, rose-gold or silver. All earring posts are made of surgical stainless steel. Please check each product description for more information on individual items.

Are your products real leather?

The majority of our handbags are currently made from waterborne polyurethane, which is made from recycled plastic. As we are committed to continuously improving our processes, all future collections from AW22 onwards will be crafted from vegan leather, to ensure that our love of nature is reflected in everything that we create.

What sizes are your jewellery?

Short necklaces have a 41cm chain, and long necklaces 81cm - both have an extender chain. Our rings come either in size small, medium or one size. One size rings and bangles can be adjusted by squeezing them. Please check each product description for the individual sizes of our our brooches and pendants.

Where are your products designed and manufactured?

We design in England and currently produce in Asia. As we are an environmentally conscious company, we are dedicated to minimising our carbon footprint, ensuring that our emissions are offset and biodiversity thrives.

Fable has partnered with environmental conservation organisation Make it Wild to help us achieve our promise. Since August 2021, we have pledged to annually offset 70 tonnes of CO2e through tree planting at Bank Woods, North Yorkshire in England.

Is your packaging sustainable?

All of our packaging is FSC approved and our postal boxes are made from 100% recycled paper.
